1. Merchant & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR and the laws of the People's Republic of China (including Cybersecurity Law, PIPL, Data Security Law, and Generative AI Service Regulations).

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using https://flowpix.club ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

3. Service Description

Flowpix provides AI-powered image generation, editing, and creative tools for personal and commercial use. We offer credit packs, subscriptions, and premium features as displayed on the website.

4. Account & Security

You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. You may not share, sell, or transfer your account without permission.

5. Payment & Billing

All prices, fees, and taxes are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by third-party providers. We may change prices with 30 days' notice.

6. Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled before renewal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current paid period.

7. User Conduct & Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for illegal, infringing, harmful, defamatory, or offensive content
  • Create pornographic, violent, hateful, discriminatory, illegal, or false content
  • Infringe intellectual property rights of Flowpix or third parties
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, hack, or disrupt the Service
  • Impersonate others or register with false information

8. Prohibited Content & Moderation

We have a zero-tolerance policy for illegal, pornographic, violent, and harmful content:

  • We use automated detection and human review to monitor prompts and outputs
  • We may remove, block, or delete violating content
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts for serious or repeated violations
  • We report illegal activity to authorities when required
  • All AI-generated content is labeled for traceability

9. Fraud Monitoring & Prevention

We maintain an automated and manual fraud monitoring system:

  • We detect fake accounts, stolen payment methods, fraudulent charges, chargeback abuse, and account sharing
  • We use device fingerprinting and anomaly detection
  • We may restrict, suspend, ban, or reverse transactions for fraudulent behavior
  • We may pursue legal action for serious fraud

10. Intellectual Property

  • You retain ownership of content you upload.
  • Flowpix retains ownership of the Service, software, trademarks, and original design elements.
  • AI-generated outputs are licensed to you for personal and commercial use under these Terms.

11. Data Protection & Cross-Border Transfer (China Users)

Personal data and important data of users in China are stored in mainland China servers. Cross-border transfers comply with Chinese laws, including security assessments, certifications, or standard contractual clauses.

12. Service Availability

We strive for stable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, or discontinue features with 30 days' notice.

13. Limitation of Liability

Flowpix is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months. Liabilities that cannot be excluded by law are exempted.

14. Privacy & Refund Policies

Our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy are part of these Terms.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use constitutes acceptance. Material changes are notified 30 days in advance.

Refund Policy

Scope

Applies to all credits, subscriptions, and one-time purchases on flowpix.club.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Used or partially used credits
  • Expired subscriptions or credits
  • User error (accidental purchase, change of mind)
  • Accounts suspended for violations
  • Instantly delivered virtual goods

Eligible Refunds

  • Duplicate charges
  • Severe, unresolved platform technical issues
  • Platform-caused errors
  • Cases required by applicable law

How to Request a Refund

Processing

Requests are reviewed within 7–10 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

Subscriptions

Canceling stops future billing but does not refund the current period. Access continues until the end of the billing cycle. Renewal reminders are sent 7 days in advance.

Fraud & Abuse

We deny refunds for chargeback fraud, false claims, or policy abuse. Accounts may be permanently banned.

Final Decision

Flowpix reserves the final decision on all refunds. Disputes may be escalated to consumer protection authorities or resolved by law.

Part 1 — Fraud Monitoring, Refund & Dispute Resolution Policy

1. Purpose

This policy outlines how Flowpix (operated by FLUXPIX AI TECHNOLOGY LIMITED) monitors, prevents, and responds to fraudulent activity, and how we handle refunds and payment disputes to protect both our users and the platform.

2. Fraud Monitoring

We operate a multi-layered fraud detection system combining automated technology and manual review:

  • Real-time transaction screening — every payment is evaluated for risk indicators such as mismatched billing details, velocity patterns, geographic anomalies, and known fraud signatures.
  • Device fingerprinting & behavioral analysis — we track device identifiers, login patterns, and usage behavior to detect account takeover, credential stuffing, and bot-driven abuse.
  • Multi-account & collusion detection — algorithms identify linked accounts used for referral abuse, coupon stacking, or coordinated chargeback fraud.
  • Stolen payment method detection — we cross-reference payment instruments against industry databases and flag suspicious funding sources.
  • Manual investigation — flagged cases are escalated to a dedicated fraud operations team for human review before final action.

3. Actions Against Fraud

When fraud is confirmed or reasonably suspected, Flowpix may, at its sole discretion:

  • Decline, hold, or reverse the transaction
  • Suspend or permanently terminate the associated account(s)
  • Forfeit unused credits or subscription benefits
  • Blacklist payment instruments and device identifiers
  • Report the activity to payment networks, law enforcement, or regulatory authorities
  • Pursue civil or criminal remedies

4. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Eligible scenarios include:

  • Verified duplicate or erroneous charges
  • Severe, unresolved platform technical failures that rendered the purchased service unusable
  • Charges mandated as refundable by applicable consumer protection law

Non-refundable items:

  • Used or partially used credits
  • Expired subscriptions or credits
  • Purchases where the user simply changed their mind
  • Accounts suspended or terminated for policy violations
  • Instantly delivered virtual goods after consumption

5. Refund Process

  • Submit a request within 30 calendar days of the transaction to flowpix@163.com or flowpix-cn@163.com with your order number, account email, and reason.
  • We acknowledge receipt within 2 business days and complete the review within 7–10 business days.
  • Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider.

6. Dispute & Chargeback Handling

If a cardholder files a dispute or chargeback with their bank:

  • We respond to the issuing bank with transaction evidence, usage logs, and delivery proof.
  • During the dispute period the account may be restricted.
  • If the dispute is resolved in Flowpix's favor, full account access is restored.
  • Repeated or fraudulent chargebacks result in permanent account termination and may be referred to collection agencies or law enforcement.

7. User Rights & Appeals

Users who believe an action was taken in error may submit a written appeal to flowpix@163.com. Appeals are reviewed independently within 10 business days.

Part 2 — Content Moderation Measures & Policy

1. Purpose & Scope

This policy describes the measures Flowpix employs to prevent the creation, distribution, and storage of harmful, illegal, or policy-violating content generated through our AI-powered tools. It applies to all user-submitted prompts, uploaded media, and AI-generated outputs.

2. Prohibited Content Categories

The following content is strictly prohibited:

  • Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) — zero tolerance; immediately reported to authorities.
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery — including deepfakes of real individuals in sexual or compromising contexts.
  • Extreme violence & gore — content glorifying, inciting, or depicting graphic violence.
  • Terrorism & violent extremism — recruitment material, propaganda, or instructional content.
  • Hate speech & discrimination — content targeting individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or nationality.
  • Fraud & deception — phishing materials, counterfeit documents, impersonation of officials or brands.
  • Illegal goods & services — drugs, weapons, counterfeit currency, and other contraband.
  • Misinformation & disinformation — deliberately fabricated news, manipulated media intended to mislead.
  • Privacy violations — content exposing personal data, addresses, or confidential information of others without consent.

3. Detection & Prevention

We employ a layered approach:

  • Pre-generation prompt filtering — prompts are scanned against keyword lists, semantic classifiers, and pattern-matching rules before the AI model processes them. High-risk prompts are blocked immediately.
  • Output scanning — AI-generated images and text are evaluated by automated classifiers (NSFW detection, violence detection, text toxicity scoring) before delivery to the user.
  • Perceptual hashing — generated images are hashed and compared against known CSAM and terrorist-content databases (e.g., PhotoDNA, GIFCT shared hash lists).
  • Human review queue — borderline cases flagged by automation are escalated to trained content moderators for manual review within 24 hours.
  • User reporting — users may report harmful content via the in-app reporting mechanism or by emailing flowpix@163.com. Reports are triaged within 12 hours.

4. Enforcement Actions

Depending on severity and frequency, enforcement actions include:

  • Content removal — the violating content is deleted from our servers.
  • Warning — the user receives a written warning with reference to the violated policy section.
  • Temporary suspension — account access is restricted for 7–30 days.
  • Permanent ban — the account and all associated data are terminated. Remaining credits are forfeited.
  • Legal referral — evidence is preserved and reported to relevant law enforcement agencies.

Repeat offenders face escalated penalties. A single instance of CSAM or terrorism content results in immediate permanent ban and mandatory legal reporting.

5. AI-Generated Content Labeling

All AI-generated outputs carry embedded metadata (C2PA / watermarking where supported) to enable traceability and provenance verification, in compliance with applicable AI transparency regulations.

6. Record Keeping & Transparency

  • Moderation logs (action taken, timestamp, content category) are retained for a minimum of 3 years.
  • We publish an annual Transparency Report summarizing enforcement statistics, appeal outcomes, and law enforcement requests.

7. Appeals

Users may appeal moderation decisions by contacting flowpix@163.com within 14 days of the action. Appeals are reviewed by a senior moderator not involved in the original decision, with a response provided within 10 business days.
